JRS in the Congo

In March 2016, I accompanied
Tom Smolich, SJ, the International Director of JRS, on his return trip to
the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The previous summer Tom had spend
a few months living in the towns of Mswego and Misissi about 60 KM northwest of Goma, to obtain field experience of JRS working with refugees. Tom met with students, staff and teachers of JRS sponsored schools.
